Formulations

Hi-maize resistant starch can be added to traditional processed food applications such as breads, cakes, pasta and cereals to increase fiber without sacrificing taste, texture or appearance. And because it’s natural, Hi-maize is designated simply as “starch” or “corn starch” on food product labels.

Below you’ll find a collection of formulations that use Hi-maize resistant starch to deliver the health benefits of fiber while maintaining superior texture and flavor.

Hi-maize Shortcake Biscuits with Fiber

Provides approximately 8 grams of dietary fiber per 100 grams of cookie

Fresh Hi-maize Pasta with Fiber

High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread* with Hi-maize

Hi-maize is available for purchase in "home-use" quantities at www.kingarthurflour.com
